25 Weeks

We are 25 weeks today!! My belly is getting bigger!! Had our checkup this past Tuesday and Benltey is right on track. She is measuring just about 9 inches long and weighs a little less than 2lbs. She is kicking away. Lauryn felt her kick for the first time this passed week. How exciting!! Daddy and Big Sis talk to her all the time trying to get her all worked up and kicking... goodness already!! The holidays were great and Bentley got many adorable things. Next stop... getting registered and starting her room :)

19 Weeks

Big bowes, fun dresses and rosy cheeks... It's going to be a girl!!!  We are so excited!! Time to start shopping and spoiling her rotten. Only a week from being halfway there.... she is about 6 inches long and weighs about 8 ounces. She is about the size of a beanie baby. Mommy and Daddy (and of course baby girl too) are leaving for Vegas on Sunday for 4 days for the Infiniti Cash Bash... Can't wait!! With Christmas right around the corner, we have our tree up and all decorated for Christmas... very excited about Christmas next year with our baby girl!! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!!

18 Weeks...

We are almost 18 weeks (3 days shy). Went to the doctor for our sonogram this morning... to find out boy or girl... and the sonogram lady was out sick.. so another week!! Quite disappointing... but we have made it this long so what's another week?!! So we treated ourselves to a big cheeseburger and good ol' fries from MG's. Yummmm!! Now I just wish I had the rest of the day off to spend with the kids napping and not at work!! Excited about Thanksgiving... two reasons to eat for two!! Find out next Monday, November 29th hopefully... and then My Baby Daddy and I are off to Vegas for the Annual Infiniti Cash Bash!! 3 days of food, fun, relaxation and pampering. I'll post new pics next week... hopefully!!

13 Weeks

I know it has been a few weeks since I've posted anything... but I promise I will get better as we get closer. We are now in our 2nd Trimester. Besides my allergies and lots of headaches, I haven't experienced any sickness. Baby and Mommy have been very tired though. We went to the State Fair and tried many different yummy Fair foods!! Being pregnant is a great excuse to try all the delicious foods you normally don't dare eat!! We've been bowling, pumpkin carving, eating all kinds of favorite foods... and resting as much as possible!! Pickles, chinese food and peanut butter  have been among favorite foods (not all at once though)...Yuck!! Steak and red meats not so much... very suprising!!! We love our steaks at the Wise house!! Heartbeat at our last visit was 158bpm. Our next doctor visit is Monday, November 22nd. If Baby Wise cooperates... we will find out if it's a boy or girl!!! Yay... very exciting!!!

9 Weeks

We are 9 weeks!! I am still feeling good!! Broke down and bought some really cute girl clothes this past week...Opps!!! Now to only hope that I didn't jinx myself for a girl!! But healthy baby makes a happy Mommy... so we will see what God give us!! Today was our appointment for our first sonogram. We saw a big headed baby with a strong heart rate of a 138 bpm. Our baby is about the size of a large grape now!! We are ready for a baby bump to start loving on!!

8 Weeks

We are 8 weeks along!! I haven't had much morning sickness... maybe a few evenings of going to bed a little on the queasy side, but other than that... we are good!!! I have been tired and making sure to get my 8 hours sleep every night.  And eating regular meals and snacks... afraid of sickness sneaking up on me.

Our first doctor's appointment was this past Tuesday. We had many questions... as you know I always do!!! Our due date is Friday, April 29th. We go Monday, September 27th for our first sonogram...Very excited!!!
